1. Acceptance of Terms

By engaging with closetrans, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please review them carefully before purchasing any service, information product or good.

2. Scope of Services

2.1 Real Estate Transaction Processing Services

closetrans provides professional coordination of real estate transactions, including document preparation, check handling and liaison with relevant parties. Our role is to streamline your closing process and ensure compliance with applicable regulations.

2.2 Information Products

closetrans offers digital resources such as guides, templates and instructional materials designed to assist clients in understanding transaction workflows. Access to these materials is delivered electronically upon purchase.

2.3 Goods

closetrans supplies physical items related to transaction processing, including branded folders, printed checklists and other accessory products. These goods are shipped to the address provided at checkout.

3. Fees and Payment

Clients agree to pay the fees as set forth in the service agreement or product listing. All fees are due in advance of delivery or commencement of service. Payment methods accepted will be indicated at checkout.

4. Refund Policy

Our refund procedures vary by offering type. All requests must be submitted via our contact form within the timelines specified below. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within the stated period.

4.1 Service Refunds

Requests made at least 7 days before the scheduled service start date are eligible for a full refund. Requests between 3 and 6 days before commencement will incur a cancellation fee equal to 30% of the service charge, with the remainder refunded. Requests less than 3 days before commencement are non-refundable due to third-party coordination costs. Services may be rescheduled once at no extra charge if requested at least 5 days in advance.

4.2 Information Product Refunds

Information products purchased may be refunded in full if requested within 14 days of delivery and provided that less than 20% of the material has been accessed or downloaded. After 14 days or if usage exceeds the threshold, refunds are not available.

4.3 Goods Refunds

Physical goods may be returned in original condition within 30 days of receipt for a full refund, excluding shipping charges. Customers are responsible for return shipping. Customized or branded items are non-refundable due to production expenses. Exchanges are available for defective items if reported within 14 days of delivery.

5. Modifications and Termination

closetrans reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance. We may suspend or terminate access for clients who breach these terms.

6. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Switzerland. Any dispute arising hereunder shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Zürich.
